I can send regular text but a group or a pic just says sending until failed. My mobile data is on and Android Messages is my default app. To be honest, I only think I changed the 'Auto-download MMS when roaming' setting, doesn't make mode all my mms came and wentthen I tried a new one and it's stuck in sending.
